☞ 결제가 완료되면 다음날부터 2~3일 이내 전국(도서지방 및 사서함주소는 4~6일 소요)으로

     로젠택배를 통해서 배송됩니다.  (토, 일, 공휴일은 제외)

☞주문하신 상품에 따라 배송기간이 상이할 수 있으며 

    일시품절, 제조사의상품 수급문제 사유로 배송이 늦어지는 경우에는

☞초자류 2만원 이하는 주문및 배송이 안되니 충분한 양해 부탁드립니다.

☞5만원 이하는 착불로 발송되며,  5만원 이상 주문 상품에 대하여 무료 택배 배송을 원칙으로

    하고 있으니 참고해 주세요.

☞제주도와 울릉도는 운송료가 3300원 별도로 추가됩니다. 

☞택배외 퀵서비스로 급하게 받으셔야 할 경우는 고객님 부담입니다.

교환 및 반품

 

☞교환, 반품, 환불이 가능한 경우는

     배송 완료 후 7일 이내에 제품에 이상이 없는 경우, 

     제품을 개봉하지 않은 재판매가 가능한 상태이어야 하며,

     받으신 내용의 제품이 상이한 경우 교환 및 반품이 가능합니다.

☞교환, 반품, 환불이 불가능한 경우는

     발주시 수입발주 제품,  제품의 훼손, 제품고유박스의 훼손(낙서)으로 재판매가 불가능한 경우,

     배송받은 날로 부터 7일이 지난 제품,  주문제작건의 제품일 경우엔 교환 및 반품이 안됩니다.

     (모니터마다 각각의 색상차이가 있을 수 있으니,  미세한 색상차이는 하자가 안됩니다.)
